Larry King: UFOs and Roswell - July 13, 2007

On Friday July 13, 2007, CNN's Larry King did a special show on UFOs and on the alleged July 1947 UFO crash in Roswell, New Mexico.

King interviewed the following:

Stanton Friedman, a nuclear physicist and Roswell researcher, Jesse Marcel Jr, author of "The Roswell Legacy and son of Col. Jesse Marcel who saw the wreckage, Buzz Aldrin, a former NASA Apollo 11 astronaut, Fife Symington, a former Governor of Arizona during the 1997 Phoenix UFO sighting, James Fox, filmmaker of "Out of the Blue", George Noory, host of Coast to Coast AM, Michael Shermer, publisher of Psychic Magazine

Buzz Aldrin talks about a light that the Apollo 11 crew saw in space, but seems to somewhat dismiss the UFO issue.

Fife Symington talks about a huge moving object that he saw on March 13, 1997 in Phoenix Arizona, which he now claims was a space craft that could not have been made by humans because of its huge size and how quiet it hovered in the sky. This was an event witnessed by hundreds of witnesses that night.

Michael Shermer claims that with science, people's observations and testimonies are irrelevant. He claims that people don’t have the ability to observe what they see in an accurate way, even a former pilot (Symington). He claims that the ONLY way to scientifically confirm if we are being visited by non human, non earth-bound intelligences, is to have a sample of a craft, object, or alien being so that scientists could analyze it. He says that nothing else will satisfy him, even if a US President or top army and/or intelligence insiders confirms that they have alien artifacts.

James Fox says since the government and army would be the ones who would know if UFOs are buzzing our planes and fly in our sky, that they would be the first ones to know. He then says that in his video "Out of the Blue," he features testimony of many credible government, army, intelligence and NASA insiders who confirm that we are being visited by non human intelligences, and that the government is indeed covering it up.

Majestic Twelve

Majestic 12 is thought to be the code name of a secret committee of scientists, military leaders, and government officials, supposedly ... all formed in 1947 by an executive order of U.S. President Harry S. Truman. The purpose was to investigate UFO activity in the aftermath of the Roswell incident, the purported crash of an alien spaceship near Roswell, New Mexico in July 1947. This alleged committee is an important part of the UFO conspiracy theory of an ongoing government cover up of UFO information.
